Hi! I’m James,

The only thing ever holding me back from what is already mine in this life is myself, my mind. After years of internal work, and finding healthy ways to express and process feelings through my art. I made it to where I am today. Although the label I mostly go by is artist, I know I am so much more. I know I don't have to do just one thing, I know I can be anything I want to be in this life, despite society constantly bombarding people that look like me with the programming that we are only a criminal, athlete, or entertainer.

I know in my heart I am meant for more than what they think I am. I aim to achieve great heights with my art. Specifically through my story telling, I want to show not only the world but future generations of color that we cane and are so much more. We are scientist, doctors, lawyers, inventors, creators. We are culture, because without us a lot of the advancements we have in the world today would not be.

I write to inspire, to spread love, to be a voice and a vessel for the truth, for whats real.
